Do Your Part - Replace Divots and Carry Sand Bottle In the event that the piece of grass cannot be replaced, filling a divot with sand and seed is another acceptable method to be used after a divot is made. The proper application of sand and seed is to be filled in the divot, and smoothed on the surface. Golfers are encouraged to have a sand and seed bottle while playing. The Sudden Valley Golf & Country Club has sand and seed stations throughout the golf course for golfers to fill their bottles. These stations can be found near the starter shack, 6 th tee, 14 th tee, all par 3 tees, and the practice range tee. Let's all do our part in creating and maintaining an enjoyable playing experience for all. |
